Bookings & enquiries
Sessions begin with an enquiry. Because the reading we can offer depends on the accuracy of your birth details, a booking is confirmed only after a short conversation. Details and payment are arranged at that point.
Digital products
Digital items, such as the mini reading, are delivered electronically. As they are personalised and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once prepared, except where the law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, and the readings we create, remain our intellectual property and are for your personal use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a reading. You remain responsible for your own choices.
